2. Processing Time
- All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- During festive seasons or high-demand periods, order processing may take slightly longer.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Within Gujarat: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
- Other States in India: 4–7 business days after dispatch.
- Remote / Rural Areas: Delivery may take up to 10 business days.
- International shipping timelines depend on the courier service chosen.

4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp.
- You can use this tracking ID to check the real-time status of your delivery.
5. Delivery Process
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery at the provided address.
- If undelivered, they may reattempt or contact you for rescheduling.
- Customers are requested to provide a valid phone number and complete address for smooth delivery.
6. Delays & Responsibility
- While we strive for timely delivery, Khushbu Sarees is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or events beyond our control.
- In case of major delays, our team will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue.
