Return & Refund Policy

At Khushbu Sarees, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return under the following terms:

1. Return Window

  • Products can be returned within 15 days of delivery.
  • Returns requested after 15 days will not be eligible.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Sarees that have been customized, altered, or used will not be accepted.
  • Items purchased during sale/clearance may not be eligible for return unless received in damaged condition.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sarees that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
  • Sarees with missing tags, accessories, or original packaging.
  • Customized or tailored sarees as per customer request.

4. Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, contact us at:

    with your order ID, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).
  2. Our team will verify your request and provide you with return instructions.
  3. The product must be shipped back to us at the provided return address.
  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received in damaged or defective condition.

5. Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you would like a replacement saree, please initiate a return and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
